What you will do

• Own program planning and execution for key silicon and platform initiatives.
• Establish and grow the Munich site as a high-impact innovation hub.
• Structure the tracking of milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively surface risks.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, operations, sites, and external partners.
• Communicate status, tradeoffs, and strategic decisions to global leadership and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in the local German ecosystem to support recruiting and collaborations.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end program management across hardware and software teams.
• Proven ability to drive schedules and risk management for complex silicon and system programs.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with engineers, leaders, and vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR regulations is mandatory).
