What you will do

• Act as the business manager for the Walmart account, owning the overall sales strategy and financial outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to drive revenue and net margin growth.
• Manage annual promotional strategies for new and existing products to meet ROI goals.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize goods flow and forecasting.
• Lead and manage a team consisting of Key Account Managers and Sales Analysts.
• Analyze POS data and competitive trends to report business impacts to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of national account sales management experience, specifically with Walmart (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills for processing large data sets and creating management reports.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times per year to the USA (Boston/Needham) and other market visits.
