Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Canada and able to work hybrid (3 days per week in office).

Salary: $92,400–$154,000 CAD base plus commission.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive Americas pipeline strategy and new-logo development.
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers on targeted call-downs and direct-to-market campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on team productivity, pipeline contribution, and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in a Sales Development team.
  • Experience in high-volume, outbound, phone-based lead generation.
  • Understanding of the IT channel and experience with technical products in the high-tech industry.
  • Strong process orientation in lead management and SFDC workflow optimization.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
