What you will do
- Define and implement regional sales strategies for supply acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Manage and develop a team of 6–8 Regional Sales Managers.
- Act as the primary negotiation backstop for challenging deals.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing performance coaching.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Enablement to foster a center of sales excellence.
- Monitor sales funnel performance using Salesforce and Salesloft analytics.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of B2B Sales Management experience (SaaS preferred).
- 3+ years of direct experience managing managers.
- Proven expertise in Field Sales and SMB client engagement.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned region.
- Must reside within the supported region (US/Canada).
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft.
