Salary: $190,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Own and lead the full accounting function, including AR/AP, general ledger, close, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to deliver accurate, board-ready financials.
• Lead the company through its first annual audit, including auditor coordination and documentation.
• Design and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and RCM on budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Select and optimize accounting systems and tools to support rapid organizational scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a Controller or senior leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proven experience preparing companies for audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and expense platforms (e.g., Ramp, Bill.com).
• Experience with multi-state compliance and tax considerations.

• Experience leading a company through its first annual audit.
• Background in healthcare, managed care, or revenue cycle management (RCM) environments.
• Experience implementing NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
