What you will do

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for NYC team members regarding benefits, payroll, and training.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring experience, including requisition input, interview panels, and orientations.
  • Develop organizational design models and change management plans to ensure a high-functioning team structure.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Lead HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
  • Ability to travel to Needham, MA up to 10% of the time.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
