• Design headcount plans and organizational structures to align with business growth needs.
• Act as a culture ambassador, coaching leaders to integrate company values into daily operations and feedback.
• Resolve employee challenges in partnership with legal counsel to ensure fair and unbiased solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People/HR or equivalent strategic roles.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
• Experience driving organizational change and boosting performance.
• Strong capability in trust-building, transparency, and delivering difficult messages with care.
