Salary: $195K – $230K

What you will do
- Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.
- Partner on people strategy, including organizational design and workforce planning.
- Advise on employee relations matters, performance, and behavior investigations in partnership with legal.
- Drive core people processes such as compensation cycles and talent planning for the assigned org.
- Use data and insights to proactively identify and address talent risks, including attrition and engagement.
- Lead change management across reorganizations and evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting Operations teams (e.g., customer support, trust & risk, agent populations).
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments within remote or distributed setups.
- Must be based within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
- Strong partnership mindset with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work with data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Effective communication skills tailored for a remote-first environment.
