What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on policy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Lead talent management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Design and facilitate HR training programs across diverse global teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment of policies with organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic HR roles.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to lead and influence initiatives in a global/cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
