What you will do

• Measure and communicate sales results, including promotional lift, elasticity, and pricing strategy impact.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports to monitor business and category health.
• Conduct pre- and post-promotion analyses for retailers to quantify impact on brand and category.
• Present strategic insights to executive leadership to gain alignment on major initiatives.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team consisting of an analyst and a category lead.
• Identify and quantify marketplace trends and opportunities to react to market threats.

Requirements

• Must be based in Needham, MA (Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree and an Advanced Analytics degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience within a strategic sales environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Ability to present and calibrate critical challenges at the executive level.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, mostly on the East Coast and Midwest.
