What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to scope roles, calibrate talent needs, and build hiring strategies.
• Design sourcing frameworks and execute proactive talent mapping to build strong pipelines.
• Conduct advanced recruiter screens focused on performance, impact, and long-term fit.
• Manage pipeline health and recruiting operations within Greenhouse for accuracy and transparency.
• Lead offer strategies and close candidates through complex negotiations and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brooklyn, New York to support a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office).
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing talent across multiple functions and senior levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent searches.
• Strategic consultative partner with executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, ADP, and Google Suite.
