TL;DR

Talent Sourcer (HR): Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines across multiple business areas with an accent on advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and candidate-centered engagement strategies. Focus on developing persona-based outreach, leveraging CRM tools, and partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to deliver high-quality passive talent.

Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If local to Tukwila, WA, office attendance is expected on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Salary: $96,900–$118,400

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage top talent using research, social platforms, and tools like SeekOut and Gem.
  • Map talent markets strategically to inform sourcing approaches for various business areas.
  • Create personalized candidate personas and tailored outreach messaging.
  • Design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess goals and interests.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless candidate handoffs and consistent experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing and recruitment marketing.
  • Must reside in WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills for internal stakeholder collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented approach to project management and data-driven sourcing.

Nice to have

  • AIRS certification or Sourcing Labs training.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, operations, and technical positions.
  • Proficiency in creating talent intelligence and monitoring candidate sentiment.
