TL;DR
Corporate Sales Recruiter (SaaS): Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales Development roles in AMS with an accent on sourcing, prescreening, and negotiating offers. Focus on building relationships with hiring managers and providing a high-touch, personalized talent experience.
Location: Seeking remote talent to work in PST, MST, or CST, preferably in Austin, TX near our office.
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do
- Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
- Engage and attract passive candidates through sourcing and fielding applications.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to discuss needs and determine applicant requirements.
- Build and leverage applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites, LinkedIn, Job boards).
- Manage weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation, preferably with experience recruiting for in GTM/Sales and SaaS.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and building Boolean Search strings.
- System savvy and Organized; using cloud applications (GoogleDrive, Word, GoogleSheets/Excel, Box) for documentation and communication.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking activity; apply filters, sort, tables, basic functions.
- Workday experience is a strong preference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
