What you will do
- Lead EHR implementation projects and digital health tool strategies using Redox.
- Act as the primary project lead for the Order-to-Results lifecycle and bidirectional data interfaces.
- Manage customer relationships and provide pre-sale technical connectivity support.
- Collaborate with internal Product teams to optimize technical integration and implementation playbooks.
- Develop performance dashboards and business reviews to track commercial outcomes and account health.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for software solutions and support product adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing complex EHR implementations or healthcare interoperability programs.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and provider clinical workflows.
- Proven ability to lead multi-phase technical projects across internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience with Redox or similar healthcare middleware.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC2, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with Lean fundamentals or Six Sigma process improvement.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
