What you will do

• Partner with Engineering hiring managers to build targeted hiring strategies for early career talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including leading interviews, facilitating offers, and overseeing intern programs.
• Act as a brand ambassador at university and campus events, which includes required travel during peak times.
• Iterate on candidate feedback and signals to refine and optimize the early talent recruiting process.
• Simultaneously manage pipelines for 10-20+ open roles.
• Implement creative and traditional methods to drive diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle early career recruiting experience in high-growth startups.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles and managing high-volume pipelines.
• Ability to recruit in various global markets and understand international recruitment nuances.
• Data-literacy to track and utilize metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Must be based within commuting distance of NY, LA, Seattle, or SF hubs.
