What you will do

• Oversee all subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed in the correct sequence.
• Develop and proactively manage project schedules and look-ahead timelines to meet goals.
• Ensure all onsite activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage required inspections and maintain documentation including field reports, daily logs, and quality control reports.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate material procurement and subcontractor communication.
• Resolve constructability issues in the field to provide effective solutions for the project team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• OSHA 30 Safety Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of job costing and scheduling software (Procore preferred).
