What you will do

• Visit job sites and perform quality audits to ensure efficient and cost-effective route work.
• Conduct NIM job audits post-construction/modernization turnovers, identifying reliability issues and recommending improvements.
• Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and on-the-job training.
• Review accounting reports for route profitability and callbacks, providing feedback to management.
• Participate in safety training and provide technical input to sales on repair bids.
• Maintain knowledge of elevator codes, order repair materials, and attend company training.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of construction industry and general management skills, or Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years managing at branch/departmental level, or equivalent.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and present information to management and customers.
• Skills in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing conclusions from technical instructions.
