What you will do

• Lead startup, commissioning, test, and inspection services for Busbar and Switchgear projects.
• Manage project lifecycles using PM tools to meet quality, financial, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate manpower and technical resources for site acceptance testing and commissioning.
• Provide first-level technical support to resolve on-site equipment issues and speed up problem resolution.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and conduct on-site safety oversight for all associates.
• Manage customer and contractor communications, providing daily status reports and managing issues lists.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent with at least 6 years of similar experience.
• Expertise in critical infrastructure, specifically Switchgear, Busbar, and Power Distribution.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold).
