What you will do
- Coordinate equipment planning, ordering, tracking, and demobilization using systems like SiteSense.
- Generate rental requisitions, conduct visual inspections, and manage equipment returns.
- Schedule planned and unplanned maintenance, oversee spare parts, and ensure safe transport prep.
- Track costs, utilization, and budgets through weekly/monthly reviews and reporting.
- Assist with inventory audits, service requests, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in equipment management or related field
- Basic automotive knowledge (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and equipment management software like SiteSense
- Able to pass pre-employment checks: background, drug screen, motor vehicle records
- US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, automotive, or diesel technology
- Knowledge of construction equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
