Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers using acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performance client-facing team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client insights into product improvements.
- Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department.
- Act as the first point of contact for prominent investment firms.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team.
- Strong results-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Passion for training, coaching, and developing talent.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA to work in the office 2-3 times per week.
