What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals.
• Plan and implement HR policies, training, and performance initiatives to ensure compliance and strategic growth.
• Oversee human resources programs including compensation, benefits, employee relations, safety, and training.
• Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct research and analyze organizational trends using HRIS metrics and reports.
• Manage the HR budget in collaboration with finance and provide coaching and leadership to the HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of human resource management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws governing HR, payroll, and benefits.
• High proficiency in recruitment strategies, onboarding, and competitive compensation planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Billerica, MA Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
• Experience within the construction industry.
• Interest in developing expertise in HRIS/HRMS systems (Miter).
