• Track category trends to support the end-to-end demand planning process.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to rapidly assess business situations and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, sales analysis, demand planning, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong experience with pivot tables, large data sets, and data visualization.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
