What you will do

• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for real-time voice-based borrower interactions.
• Design and iterate on prompt strategies to optimize AI performance and compliance.
• Build high-quality evaluation benchmarks using proprietary datasets to measure agent performance.
• Implement domain-specific AI models and robust workflows for loan servicing platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions scale efficiently and meet regulatory standards like FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve borrower experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products used by real customers.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
