What you will do

• Execute SOX compliance testing and operational/financial audits across business cycles including PTP, OTC, Inventory, and Payroll.
• Conduct walkthroughs of business cycles, updating flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs).
• Identify control deficiencies, monitor progress on remediation, and communicate recommendations to management.
• Perform key report testing and develop new testing programs as processes mature.
• Collaborate with global SOX teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure quality and consistency.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure SOX-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal/external auditing and SOX compliance.
• Required experience in the manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework, SOX (Sections 302 and 404), US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Ability to accommodate flexible working hours for international meetings with EMEA and APAC teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Prior public accounting experience, preferably with Big Four firms.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or an MBA.
