What you will do

• Demonstrate surveying, engineering, and construction instruments to customers in the showroom.
• Provide technical support, quotes, and pricing details via phone, website, and in-person visits.
• Manage showroom orders and process repair tickets accurately and timely.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating customer training and events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and software solutions through self-guided and vendor training.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Yarmouth, ME, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Experience in sales or customer service for technical products preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and technical issues; CAD software experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
