What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel media strategies across Target Roundel, Best Buy Ads, Kohl’s, and Canadian Tire TRM.
• Manage and optimize an annual retail media budget of $30M+ to maximize efficiency, ROAS, and sell-through.
• Own performance measurement across key KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CVR, share of voice, and incremental sales lift.
• Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to align media plans.
• Translate complex media data into clear business recommendations and strategic action plans for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agency partners to oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail media, performance marketing, or digital media strategy.
• Deep expertise across retailer media networks, with a preference for Target Roundel and Best Buy Ads.
• Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets exceeding $10M.
• Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and retail measurement frameworks.
• Experience operating within fast-paced, high-growth organizations with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
