Salary: $150,000 - $185,000

What you will do

  • Provide executive leadership for IT, data, and digital strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Oversee the organization's internally developed EHR system to ensure clinical, billing, and compliance needs are met.
  • Manage core IT operations, including networks, hardware, telecommunications, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop IT policies, procedures, and a strategic roadmap for infrastructure modernization.
  • Manage the annual IT budget and oversee vendor selection and contract management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in computer and network operations management.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office, EMR systems, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, data governance, and security requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and lead organizational change.
