What you will do

• Contribute to the design and development of consumer electronic products from concept through production.
• Develop electrical specifications and support the creation of schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts.
• Execute electrical test plans to verify design functionality and performance.
• Perform prototype bring-up and troubleshoot electrical design issues through root cause analysis.
• Conduct circuit analysis and simulations to improve product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure compliance with safety and EMI/EMC certifications.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in embedded hardware development.
• Foundational experience with component selection, circuit design, and analysis.
• Exposure to embedded firmware development for microcontrollers and use of Arduino for prototyping.
• Experience with schematic capture, BOM generation, and PCB layout for prototypes.
• Must be based in the Boston-area

Nice to have

• MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Internship or co-op experience with embedded circuit design.
• Experience with SPICE simulation for circuit validation.
• C programming skills for embedded firmware.
