What you will do
- Support and optimize Optical PAM4 DSP products.
- Own and drive customer technical issues to resolution.
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with field application engineers and line managers to communicate customer requirements.
- Gather feedback to influence marketing and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic proficiency in C and Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
