Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (3 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Build and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Act as a category captain among retailers to ensure professional brand representation.
- Plan and execute online, in-store, and off-page activities to drive sales performance.
- Manage accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals.
- Negotiate winning scenarios and interpret market data into business opportunities.
- Organize trade shows, retail events, and report on competitive activities and pricing.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience.
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain to comply with the hybrid work model.
