What you will do
- Lead and mentor a small team of HRIS professionals, providing technical guidance and career pathing.
- Act as a strategic partner and primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Workday HCM suite, including Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
- Oversee the reporting strategy by architecting complex dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated Workday Business Processes (BPs).
- Own the HR technology roadmap, defining a long-term strategy that prioritizes Workday feature releases and the seamless integration of third-party systems.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS/HR Systems, with a deep focus on driving system scalability.
- 5+ years of deep Workday experience, specifically in configuration of HCM, LMS, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation and Talent/Performance, and all types of integrations.
- 3+ years of proven people management experience, with a track record of building high-performing technical teams.
- Expert-level communication skills.
- A methodical problem-solving approach to troubleshooting complex system errors and integration failures.
- Exceptional agility and the ability to translate tech-speak into clear, actionable insights for non-technical users.
