What you will do
- Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of 's People tech stack.
- Design and maintain a coherent systems architecture across the People function.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern HRIS solution.
- Identify and execute automation opportunities across high-volume People processes using iPaaS tools.
- Partner with the Head of People Ops & Strategy to build and execute an agentic AI adoption roadmap.
- Build and manage a People Systems team, hiring, onboarding, and developing talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology with meaningful ownership of HRIS platforms and system integrations at companies with 500+ employees.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Workday and demonstrated ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize systems without heavy IT dependency.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, including how ATS, LMS, performance, and compensation tools connect and where integration risks live.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Boomi, or Zapier.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work.
