What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic business objectives into actionable project delivery.
• Lead growth projects, strategic workforce planning, and organizational reorganizations according to business needs.
• Coach, support, and challenge business leaders in the application of HR policies and sophisticated HR issues.
• Collaborate with People Acquisition to align team structure and costs with growth plans.
• Manage the performance review process, implementation of career paths, and succession planning.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention activities, and maintain a strong focus on employee relations.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within highly demanding environments.
• Proven experience leading and managing HR teams.
• Track record in leadership development and regional HR leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience with HR Tech, including HRIS, ATS, and HR metrics reporting.

• Experience working in startups or managing a new project unit within a larger organization.
