What you will do

• Partner with leaders to co-create people priorities aligned with business goals.
• Implement and manage key people processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support leaders to embed the performance process and drive high performance.
• Co-deliver change management activities, ensuring buy-in and clear communication.
• Coach and guide leaders and managers on people topics.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with relevant People Team functions to address them.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner role, partnering with fast-growing tech companies.
• Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management.
• A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Comfort operating across regions and time zones, with experience partnering with international teams.
