What you will do
- Co-pilot with managers on ER cases, guiding them through approaches for performance and conduct issues.
- Own end-to-end casework including probation, attendance, and policy-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for every case to ensure internal and external standards are met.
- Identify trends and provide data insights to leadership to enable proactive intervention.
- Drive efficient case management to ensure timely resolution while maintaining high-quality support.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in employee relations (ER) processes in at least two of the following: Spain, UK, Boston, or Chicago.
- Strong proficiency in managing complex performance and conduct ER cases.
- Ability to document and track ER matters with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in London, Barcelona, Chicago, or Boston.
- Professional proficiency in English (official company language).
- Strong judgement skills with the ability to follow structured processes or adapt when necessary.
