What you will do

• Manage HR systems updates and ensure data integrity for talent processes and reporting.
• Coordinate the rollout of performance management cycles and objective setting.
• Design and implement talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
• Use AI-powered tools and people analytics to generate insights on performance, retention, and talent trends.
• Implement AI solutions for skills mapping and predictive analytics within talent processes.
• Partner with COEs and HRBPs to deploy HR programs such as engagement surveys and recognition initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging people analytics tools.
• Project management skills with a proactive and organized approach.
• Proficient English speaker.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
• Knowledge of Looker Studio.
• Experimentation mindset regarding AI-driven workflow integration.
