Location: Hybrid work model – 4 days in-office in Barcelona, Spain, 1 day remote.

What you will do

• Design and implement a company-wide performance management framework.
• Define and evolve organizational structures aligned with growth strategy.
• Design and manage compensation frameworks.
• Oversee all HR operations and ensure compliance with Spanish and international labor laws.
• Improve hiring processes with a focus on quality, speed, and predictability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to People Operations, performance systems, and organizational design.
• Proven experience in high-growth, international, or tech environments.
• Strong track record building structured HR frameworks from scratch.
• Deep understanding of performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law (experience with multi-country setups is a plus).
• English Fluency
