Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Chicago or Boston. Relocation support is available.

Salary: $76,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do

• Co-pilot on ER cases with managers, reinforcing leader-led decisions.
• Own day-to-day casework, including performance management, probation, attendance, and policy queries.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation for each case.
• Provide data insights and highlight trends to ensure early intervention.
• Ensure efficiency in case management and minimize case timelines.
• Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes in at least two of our largest locations (Spain, UK, Boston, or Chicago).
• Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly with performance and conduct cases.
• Ability to organize, document, and track ER matters with accuracy.
• Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes.
• High attention to detail.
