TL;DR

People Advisor (ER): Managing day-to-day employee relations casework across performance, conduct, and policy-related issues with an accent on maintaining compliance and supporting management. Focus on early intervention, case documentation, and providing high-quality support to leaders across global teams.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Barcelona, London, Chicago, or Boston.

What you will do

  • Co-pilot on ER cases with managers regarding performance management, probation, and conduct.
  • Manage day-to-day casework ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all employee relations matters.
  • Provide data insights to highlight trends and enable early intervention on people issues.
  • Partner with the wider People Team to ensure consistent delivery of HR policies globally.
  • Minimize case timelines from opening to final resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge of employee relations processes in Spain, UK, or USA.
  • Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, specifically performance and conduct.
  • Ability to commute to hub offices as part of a hybrid work schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for documentation.
  • Sound judgement in navigating complex or sensitive employee relations situations.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
