Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and capture new opportunities within the territory.
  • Articulate complex platform value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of an assigned sales territory.
  • Must be able to travel to customer sites as required.
