iGaming Floor Supervisor (iGaming): Overseeing live game operations and ensuring a professional experience conducted by Live Dealers and Shufflers in a streaming environment with an accent on regulatory compliance and operational quality. Focus on supervising staff, correcting game mistakes promptly, and resolving technical disruptions to maintain high uptime.

Location: Southfield, MI. Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Compensation: from $22 per hour

What you will do

  • Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
  • Promptly correct game mistakes and maintain comprehensive mastery of all company-offered games.
  • Monitor studio operations and address technical disruptions immediately to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Handle and escalate guest complaints professionally in accordance with chat policies.
  • Collaborate with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance for optimal functionality.
  • Lead communication and conflict resolution and provide operational support to the Site Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Michigan Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
