What you will do

  • Own the commercial performance of a licensee portfolio and drive revenue growth through data insights and strategic planning.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within assigned licensees.
  • Collaborate with Product, BI, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze licensee data using BI tools to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the competitor landscape and content trends in Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo.
  • Lead a team, managing resource development, operational approvals, and the execution of internal strategies.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B Account Management within the Online Gaming industry.
  • Proven experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Fluency in Italian and English at business level.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BI tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be located in or be able to work from the Milan office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Italian market or experience with Italian licensees.
  • Additional language skills, specifically German or French.
  • Experience with IMS or other online gaming platform back offices.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for presenting performance results.
