What you will do
- Lead the Business Operations team, owning the overall strategy, delivery, and people management.
- Manage the operational run, ensuring internal requests are tracked and resolved within clear SLAs.
- Define and deliver the BizOps roadmap, prioritizing key projects like CRM data quality and lead routing.
- Oversee and continuously improve the tooling stack, including HubSpot, Linear, N8N, and Looker.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on scoping and implementation of operational tools.
- Build a culture of documentation and high standards to support the company's next stage of growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid).
- 5–10 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years in Business/Revenue Ops.
- At least 2 years of experience as a people manager with direct reports.
- Native French and fluent English proficiency.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring workflows in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience working in a scale-up environment (50–300 people).
