TL;DR

What you will do

  • Drive new business revenue within the assigned territory, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and deal cycle management applying MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
  • Execute a land-and-expand motion for strategic Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders and prospects through creative outreach strategies.
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support a hybrid work setup.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills when dealing with senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
