What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, supported by marketing and sales development teams.
  • Run impactful, solution-focused product demos and take ownership of the full sales cycle.
  • Understand prospect needs and communicate how hirify.global adds value to their business.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce for clear visibility and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost brand awareness and refine lead qualification.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the hirify.global value proposition.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and high fluency in English are essential for connecting with DACH customers.
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment.
  • Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • A strong team player who also thrives when working independently.
  • Legal authorization to work in Barcelona/Spain.
