What you will do

• Drive new business revenue and exceed monthly/quarterly targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full deal cycle and pipeline creation using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
• Execute land and expand strategies for strategic accounts.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders through creative outreach and professional networks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure high standards of forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work setup.
• Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
