Senior Account Executive - Mid Market (Spanish Speaker): Leading discovery and demo calls with inbound prospects qualified by SDRs, articulating value proposition, and closing mid-market deals (USD 2k-2.5k MRR) in Europe with an accent on consultative selling of AI-powered communication platform. Focus on collaborating with SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, and Sales Engineers to create seamless sales processes.

Location: Barcelona | 4 days in-office (Aticco Urquinaona)

What you will do

  • Lead discovery and demo calls with 100% inbound prospects qualified by SDRs.
  • Articulate hirify.global’s value proposition and deliver compelling demos.
  • Close deals for mid-market (USD 2k-2.5k MRR) in Europe.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, and Sales Engineers for seamless sales processes.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with proven track record as an AE
  • Solid discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter attitude with bias toward action and results

  • Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions
