What you will do
- Manage 100% inbound leads qualified by SDRs.
- Drive revenue for hirify.global's AI-powered business communication platform.
- Nurture and grow relationships with MM leads in Tier 1 European markets.
- Leverage 1:1 sales training and mentorship for continuous professional growth.
- Contribute to hirify.global's journey to achieve $100M ARR.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and coaching.
- Work 4 days in-office in Barcelona, Spain.
- English language proficiency (B2 required).
