What you will do

• Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns from conceptualization to delivery.
• Create concepts, briefs, and copywriting for diverse assets including social media, email, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to execute high-quality creative outputs.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Pitch new content opportunities and manage project status updates with partners.
• Research and recommend new content formats and platforms to strengthen campaign reach.

Requirements

• Based in Madrid
• Bilingual English and German speaker
• 3+ years of experience in account management, creative conceptualization, or advertising agency roles
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to thrive in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment
• Examples of previous campaign conceptualization work
