What you will do

• Manage 360-degree creative marketing campaigns from initial concept to final delivery.
• Create compelling concepts, briefs, and copy for social media, email, landing pages, and OOH assets.
• Collaborate with design and video production teams to execute high-quality marketing materials.
• Research and propose new content formats, platforms, and creative strategies to boost engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to gather feedback and pitch new content opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and German required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, creative strategy, or content creation within an advertising agency.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
• Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous campaign conceptualization and assets.
