What you will do
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the Marketing division in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and reflect the company culture.
- Build robust pipelines using diverse sourcing techniques, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to optimize strategies.
- Partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the employer brand at events and career fairs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles with a specific focus on Marketing.
- Experience hiring in Ukraine is required.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (experience with Ashby is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to candidate experience.
