What you will do

  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the Marketing division in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and reflect the company culture.
  • Build robust pipelines using diverse sourcing techniques, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to optimize strategies.
  • Partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the employer brand at events and career fairs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles with a specific focus on Marketing.
  • Experience hiring in Ukraine is required.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (experience with Ashby is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to candidate experience.
